Rose & Pistachio Meringues

yesterday i had the biggest craving for something rose flavoured, and what better is there to make than rose & pistachio meringues?

i merged 2 recipes found on glorious google, from today's nest and quaint living.

they turned out really easy to make - so i thought i'd share the recipe!
